How to choose insole size:According to your own insole size, refer to the size chart in the listing picture to choose the appropriate insole size. According to the instruction manual of the insole, you can trim the insole to a suitable size.

How to use it:Take your old insoles out first.Place insole into shoe to test forsize. lf needed, trim the insoles according to your old insoles.Ensure that the new insoles lays flat against bottom of your shoe. if it doesn't fit, continue to trim as needed.
