HOW TO USE: Place food in the mill and keep rotating the handle clockwise to push food through the mill. When needed, reverse the rotation direction to reposition the food inside.

NOTE: For easier grinding and mashing, we recommend that you first steam or cook the fruit or vegetable you would like to puree.
