Application: Mainly used for surface treatment of jewelry, hardware, plastic, glass, and metal, making metal and composite materials have a bright luster. The cloth wheel is installed in a bench grinder or polishing machine. Polishing wax (a certain compound) is sprayed or pressurized into the rotating polishing wheel. The polishing wheel acts as a carrier of the polishing wax (compound) and contacts the object to complete the surface treatment.

Usage method: Please apply polishing agent (polishing wax or polishing paste) on the cotton polishing wheel before polishing. Cotton polishing wheels without polishing compound can easily scratch items when polishing objects, and also lead to increased thread flying. Dressing: There will be residue after the polishing wheel is used many times, use the polishing wheel rake to trim the surface of the polishing wheel, and the polishing wheel can continue to be used

Safety and precautions: The general speed of nylon fiber polishing wheel is 1800-2800 rpm, and the maximum speed is 3500 rpm. Nylon fiber polishing wheel is polished at high speed, and there is a risk of cracking when it exceeds 3500 rpm
